We are pleased to announce the official release of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Annual Report 2022!

The report provides an overview of the status of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in 2022 and its truth-seeking activities.
Instead of translating all the details of our investigation reports written in Korean, we have condensed and reorganized them in this English version to make it easier for international readers to understand the main tasks, investigation procedures, and decisions on major cases of the South Korean Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

We hope that this report will serve as a useful resource for policymakers, experts, and interested citizens in many countries around the world in their pursuit of transitional justice.
